Our goal is to ensure your machine gets back to work with the right parts. Our return process is straightforward and fair.

Standard Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, parts must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

Important Note:

Returns will not be accepted if parts have been installed, used on a jobsite, or are not in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Support

Email us at [email protected] or message our technical desk via WhatsApp. Please provide your Order ID and the reason for return.

Get RMA Authorization

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific return warehouse address.

Ship the Item

Properly package the part to prevent transit damage. Clearly mark the RMA# on the outside of the package.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Quality Issues or Wrong Item: VINTNEON covers all return shipping costs and will provide a full refund or immediate exchange.
  • Ordered Wrong Part or No Longer Needed: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
